Technical issues

If your file is corrupted, unreadable, or missing content, we re-deliver at no cost. Just let us know within 14 days of receipt.

If we can't deliver

In the very rare case we can't deliver within twice the promised time, we make it right, either by refunding fully or offering an alternative creation of equal value. Your call.
