Terms of Service

By ordering from CustomSoulMade you agree that: (1) the personalized item is generated for you and cannot be resold; (2) delivery is by email within 24 hours of payment; (3) refunds are available if we fail to deliver within 72 hours (but not for change-of-mind because each item is uniquely made); (4) EU consumers waive their 14-day cooling-off period by agreeing to immediate digital delivery under Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m).
