How long does delivery take?+
Most gifts are delivered by email within a few hours of your order. The Memory Video takes up to 48 hours due to the video production. All delivery times are shown on each product page.
Can I preview my gift before it's sent?+
You'll receive the finished gift directly. If you're not satisfied, reply to the delivery email within 72 hours and we'll regenerate it — free of charge.
Do you offer refunds?+
If we fail to deliver within 72 hours, you get a full refund. Because each item is uniquely made for you, we don't offer change-of-mind refunds — but we always regenerate for free if you're not happy.
In which languages are the gifts created?+
Every product supports English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, and Dutch. The generated content (song lyrics, letter text, storybook) is written natively in the language you choose at checkout.
Is my data safe?+
Yes. We only collect what's needed to deliver your order. We never sell your data. Payment is processed by Stripe (PCI Level 1). See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I send the gift directly to someone else?+
The gift is delivered to the email you provide at checkout. If you want to surprise someone, use their email — or use yours and forward it to them.
