Tell us what didn't land — a word, a lyric, the mood, the pace — and we'll revise. Revisions are included until it feels right. We'd rather take another pass than deliver something you don't feel like giving.

We take on custom commissions for the projects that don't fit a standard gift song — a mini-album of 3–5 songs telling a longer story, a wedding ceremony song written to your specific vows, a themed playlist for a milestone event, or something no one has asked us for yet. Write to us with what you're imagining and we'll come back with a scope + price.

Yes — during the intake form there's a box to enter their email. We'll email them a warm, personalised note with the song on the day you specify (or right away). You'll get a copy to yourself too, always.

14-day full refund, no questions asked. If the song isn't right for you, tell us — we'll refund the full $32.99. That includes revisions we couldn't get to feel right.

They're used to write your song and stored securely on our EU-based servers. We don't sell, share, or use your story for anything else — ever. You can request deletion of all your data any time at contact@customsoulmade.com.

No. Your listening page is private — only accessible via the unique link we email you. It's never indexed by search engines. If you'd like us to share your song publicly (e.g. as a testimonial), we'll ask permission first — always.

No. Your story, your photos (if you attach any), your song — none of it is used to train any model. Ever.
