The finished piece is delivered directly to you. If something feels off, reply to the delivery email within 72 hours and we will rewrite it, at no cost.
If we fail to deliver within 72 hours, you are refunded in full. Because each piece is written for one person only, we do not refund a change of mind. We do, however, rewrite it as many times as it takes to feel right.
