When will it arrive?
Letters and songs reach your inbox within a few hours of your order. Storybooks arrive within about a day. Meet Your Younger Self takes up to 48 hours because every piece is hand-reviewed against your own photographs. Exact windows are listed on each product page.
Can I read it before it is sent?
The finished piece is delivered directly to you. If something feels off, reply to the delivery email within 72 hours and we will rewrite it, at no cost.
Do you offer refunds?
If we fail to deliver within 72 hours, you are refunded in full. Because each piece is written for one person only, we do not refund a change of mind. We do, however, rewrite it as many times as it takes to feel right.
Which languages do you write in?
English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Dutch. Each piece is written natively in the language you choose at checkout, not translated from a master version.
Is my information safe?
Yes. We collect only what is needed to write and deliver your gift. Your details are never sold or shared. Payment is processed by Stripe (PCI Level 1). Full detail in our Privacy Policy.
Can it be sent straight to the recipient?
The gift arrives at the email you enter at checkout. To surprise someone, use theirs, or use yours and forward it when the moment is right.
