How it reaches you.

Digital delivery

Each finished piece is delivered as a secure download link sent to the email you provided at checkout. Files stay available for at least 90 days and can be re-downloaded from that link.

Expected timing

Timings vary by piece. The exact window is shown on each product page and confirmed by email once your order is received.

• Personal Song — usually within a few hours
• Personal Letter — usually within a few hours
• Hero Storybook — usually within one working day
• Meet Your Younger Self — up to 48 hours (production takes real time)

Sending it as a gift

By default the piece is delivered to your inbox so you can review and hand it over yourself. If you would prefer we send it directly to the recipient, use their email address at checkout and add a personal note in the message field.

If something goes wrong

If your piece has not arrived by the estimated time, first check your spam folder. Then reply to your order confirmation email or write to us via the contact page. We reply the same day.
